Revisions
Ripra has
decided to revise its product prices with the upgrade release of
its new versions. The products have much more enhanced features
compared to any competitive products and yet, their respective
prices are restructured to meet end user's delight.

Ripra has gone
through its complete business model structuring in past few
months. and has decided to expand into new services to support
its existing profit centre.
Ripra : Strategic Changes
We have restructured
its Offshore Client Servicing Business through higher focus on
project / product management (including quality and delivery)
with down line vendor network for core coding tasks. This will
help us in focusing on business application domain from
functional and implementation perspective. This has also helped
us in reducing our direct team for IT projects (while keeping
our team for business development, project management, delivery
and quality compliances).
In our software
publishing business, we have redesigned our products for
multilingual (non English language) deployments and co
branding for our affiliates. Ripra has structured its
software publishing business to include third party software for
publishing and marketing.
Ripra has
acquired catalog directory service portal and will use this to
assist their customer base for effective visibility of catalogs.
In year 2006 (III Q), we will launch these catalog directory
service for each vertical industry.
Ripra has brought
up the focus on IT consulting to forefront- including business valuation,
product valuation, soliciting funds for clients from private
investors and structured business consulting in ERP product
segment.
Ripra has sold
its business interests in Rinest.com (online IT projects
outsourcing portal) and Ri2u.com (Indian exporter's trade
directory) and entire business transition will be completed by
end July 2006.
New Services and Products
Ribizz
Ripra is bundling comprehensive catalog business solution
(catalog contents management, catalog building, cross media
publishing, multi lingual cataloging, catalog marketing,
customer / vendor management, back office functioning etc) for
large enterprises (with MS SQL Server as back end). This will
include enhanced user security, multi lingual support, multi
user support and centralized catalog business management.
Ripra plans to release Ribizz by 3rd week of July 2006.
